EMS Desktop - Not showing all allowed rooms

Issue

In the EMS Desktop interface, venue managers and others with permission may see many, but not all, rooms listed in the Book view. In this case, the list of rooms at the left will have a label at the top indicating that EMS is displaying the "First 100 Rooms" (or another total) are displayed, as indicated in the image below.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, set EMS to show more rooms than you have access to view via the following steps.

  1. In the upper right of EMS, click the Options button

  2. Select the maximum number of rooms to show (at least as many rooms as you have permission to view, more is not a problem), then click OK

  3. Once you have saved that change, the room list should show all of the appropriate rooms an change the label to Rooms (###) where "###" is the total rooms you can see
