Accessing Software Center

The Software Center allows you to download and install available software to your computer without having to submit a ticket to the ITS Service Desk.

Your device will need to be connected on the University Network or via a VPN connection.

  1. Type Software Center into your search box.
    Windows 10:

  2.  Above the search box you will see a shortcut to the Software Center App.




  3. Left-clicking on the icon will open the Software Center window.

  4. By default, the Applications portion of the menu will be selected and will show a list of apps available to you.


  5. Clicking on an app will give you an option to install, if it is not already installed on your computer.
