Access the Brightspace Community
Background
The Brightspace Community is an online support resource containing documentation on how to use Brightspace. There are many helpful resources available beyond documentation, most of which require registering for a free account. Examples include the Discussions forum to connect with other Brightspace users, the Product Idea Exchange to submit feature requests to D2L, and Guided Training.
IMPORTANT
A Brightspace Community account is entirely separate from your UAlbany NetID. To access your courses, log into https://brightspace.albany.edu with your NetID and password.
