How ITS Supports Conference Rooms
The article describes how ITS provides support for technology installed in the following conference rooms.

Reserving a conference room
Group A: Group A rooms are University amenity conference rooms and are available to the University community. These rooms can be reserved through EMS.
Groups B & C: Group B rooms are managed by a department. Reserving Conference Rooms in Groups B & C are facilitated by the department or designated authority in the specific building.
Not Listed: For rooms that are not listed below, check with your Technology Coordinator (TC).
Standard Software installed in Groups A & B
Adobe Acrobat Reader, Audacity, Chrome, Firefox, Jabber, M365, Poll Everywhere, VLC Media Player, Zoom
All conference rooms listed below as ITS Support Groups A and B have the Microsoft (Office) 365 Apps (M365). To use the Office apps in one of these conference rooms, you will need to complete Duo 2-Step login the first time you use M365 on a computer.
Group A: ITS provides network access; manages and maintains the display, video and audio conferencing technology and computer hardware with software updates and patches. ITS cyclically replaces desktops and AV hardware.
Group B: ITS provides network access; manages, maintains software updates and patches, and cyclically the replaces the desktop computers.
Group C: ITS provides network access.
