TL;DR: Have a Power BI license? Open the dashboard here. Need a license? First request one here (select Power BI and not the Pro version), then access the dashboard.

The Research Technology Services team is developing a Power BI dashboard that provides insights into research storage and computing resource usage across our different environments:

  • High Performance Computing (HPC)

  • DGX Cloud

  • DGX On-Premises

  • IBM AIU Cluster (coming soon)

Current Status

The dashboard is under active development and serves as an informational tool to help understand resource utilization patterns. This is an early experimental release so please note:

  • Data is updated weekly (typically on Mondays)

  • Metrics and data points are preliminary

  • Values should be used as general indicators rather than exact measurements

How to Access the Dashboard

If you don't have a Power BI license

  1. Complete the access request form here https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/11b98802ed444bb6ab21e6fc61b12032

  2. Select the standard "Power BI" option (not Power BI Pro)

  3. Wait for the license to be assigned
