Collaborate, share your screen, and share a file with WowVision using your Windows or Mac laptop! Click on any image below to view it larger.

Instructions

Using the wall-mounted control panel, select DISPLAY ON
Select SHARE to view WowVision connection information screen
Use the connection information to access WowVision via a browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc... Enter only the entire number and decimal sequence following "IP:" into the address bar of your browser
For first time use, download and install WowVision on your laptop
For a Windows laptop install WINDOWS CLIENT
For a Mac laptop install MAC CLIENT
Open the Connect Me application to connect to WowVision
Select the PROFILE MANAGER
In the Profile Manager window, click ADD
Enter classroom number such as BB-127 and connection number such as 169.226.211.50 from step 3 above
Select the location you just added, close the Profile Manager window and fill in "su" (no quotes) for the User Name, "supass" (no quotes) for the Password, and your name
If prompted, allow access to "PresentationClient" when connecting to WowVision
If prompted, allow access to "PresentationTunnel.exe" when connecting to WowVision
Use Connect Me menu to share your screen
Share your screen, full screen
Share your screen, 1/4 screen
Transfer a file - open the PARTICIPANT LIST and drag file to transfer
Download shared file - click ACCEPT
