Action

Imagine using your laptop as a remote wireless keyboard and mouse to control a desktop computer shared with your team. Now imagine that every member of your team can do the same thing, at the same time. Now imagine that up to six teams can do this simultaneously in the same room.

Collaborate on a shared application, and share a file with WowVision TeamVeos using your Windows or Mac laptop! Click on any image below to view it larger.

Instructions

1. For first-time use, download and install WowVision on your laptop
   

2. For download instructions CLICK HERE
   

3. Once installed, open the Connect Me application to connect to WowVision TeamVeos
   

4. Select the PROFILE MANAGER
   

5. In the Profile Manager window, click ADD
   

6. Enter Location as BB-151 and IP Address/Name as 169.226.211.44
   

7. Select the location you just added, close the Profile Manager window and fill in "su" (no quotes) for the User Name, "supass" (no quotes) for the Password, and your Name
   

8. If prompted, allow access to  "PresentationClient" when connecting to  WowVision
   

9. If prompted, allow access to "PresentationTunnel.exe" when connecting to WowVision
   

10. Select COLLABORATION from the Home menu on the touch panel
    

11. There are six wall-mounted flat-panel monitors located around the room and numbered sequentially with Screen 1 at the left front of the room. Select ALL ON to display the collaboration workspaces on all six wall-mounted flat panel monitor screens
     

12. Open the PARTICIPANT LIST from the Connect Me application on your laptop
    

13. Select the nearest screen and click START COLLABORATION
    

14. Slide your mouse up off the top of your laptop screen and you will see it appear on the screen of the wall-mounted flat panel monitor
    

15. Open the application on the wall-mounted flat panel monitor screen that you want to use to collaborate
    

16. Everyone in your team with a laptop can control the mouse and keyboard of the wall-mounted flat panel monitor screen simultaneously as long as they select the same screen from the PARTICIPANT LIST and click START COLLABORATION
    

17. You may want to save the file on which your team worked. Save it in your preferred location or save it to the TeamVeos desktop and transfer it to your laptop. To transfer a file, open the PARTICIPANT LIST on the TeamVeos desktop and drag the file to be transferred to your name in the list
    

18. On your laptop ACCEPT the file to download the shared file
