Equipment Cabinet

Use your UAlbany ID Card to unlock the equipment rack.  If you experience difficulty please contact Customer Service 518-442-3480.

At the end of your class, close the equipment rack door and make sure it locks.  The next instructor must swipe in with their own UAlbany ID Card .

Use the computer

1. Locate the wireless Crestron touch panel
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   
   

2. Touch the screen to begin

3. Select SIMPLE SWITCHING (the screens will lower and the projectors will turn on)
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   
   

4. Select PC as your source
   
   

   
   
   
   

5. The PC should always be on, if not push the power button on the tower

6. Using either the on-board keyboard and monitor or the wireless keyboard and mouse log on to the system with your UAlbany user name and password 

7. After your class, remember to log out

8. Return wireless mouse and Crestron touch panel to charging cradles  

9. Return wireless keyboard to the rack
