MacOS Run-time Error 53

Word Run-Time Error 53:

  1. Open Word, go to the Tools > Templates and Add-ins and uncheck the box for linkCreation.dotm

  2. Exit Word

  3. Navigate to Go on your toolbar > Computer > Library

  4. Navigate to: Application Support > Microsoft > Office 365 > Start up > Word > Delete the contents of this folder

PowerPoint Run-Time Error 53:

  1. Open PowerPoint, go to the Tools > PowerPoint Add-ins, and uncheck the box for "SaveAsAdobePDF"

  2. Exit PowerPoint

  3. Navigate to Go on your toolbar > Computer > Library

  4. Navigate to: Application Support > Microsoft > Office 365 > Start up > PowerPoint> Delete the contents of this folder
