Using the Adobe Creative Cloud App to install Adobe Applications

  1. In the lower left corner of your primary display is a search box.  Type "Adobe Creative Cloud" into this field.


  2. Left-click the “Adobe Creative Cloud App” shortcut.




  3. You will need to log in in order to verify your access to the apps. Use your UAlbany email address and click “Continue.”




  4. If the next screen asks you to select an account, select “Company or School Account”




  5. The Enterprise ID Sign in window should now appear. Please enter your NetID and password.




  6. You may need to authenticate with Duo before you can proceed.




  7. Once logged in, Creative Cloud Desktop will load. Install the Adobe applications that you desire by clicking on the “Install” button that is with the associated app.
