Action

To find a person whose UAlbany Mail address you are not sure of, follow the steps below.

Instructions

1. Open a new email message.

2. Type in any portion of an individual's name in the To field.

3. Click on the Check Names button found in the Names section of the ribbon to initiate a directory lookup.

4. Select the person you want to contact from the suggested matches.
