How do I request access to OnBase for the first time?

To request access to OnBase as a new user, you will need to submit a request as a new user who needs access to OnBase, please review this page for further details.

How do I install the Unity Client on a new device or computer?

If you are an existing user with access to Onbase but are switching device, you will need to submit a request to add a new device to install OnBase Unity Client onto your new device, please review this page for further details.

How can I initiate a request to add a Department Shared Multi-functional Printer or a Direct Attached/Personal Scanner for OnBase Use?

Please submit a ticket and indicate whether this request is for a Department Shared Multi-functional Printer or a Direct Attached/Personal Scanner.

 

Note: Use of a MFP or Direct Attached Scanner is only needed for users who intend to scan or index documents in OnBase. If your office does not have a MFP or Printer and you would like to acquire one please see ITS Printer Recommendations.

How can I request the removal or modification of a user's access?

How do I request a new or modify existing doc type, group or keyword?

 

For Current Departments or Group Owners/Managers:

To initiate a request for a new document group, type, or keyword, please submit a ticket.

 

For New Departments:

Requests for new document types, groups, or keywords that are not related to Academic Records will be treated as projects. Please submit a ticket to initiate this process.
