This guide offers instructions on re-Indexing documents to allow for keyword values on stored documents to be modified/corrected, along with changing the document type if necessary.
Re-Indexing Documents
1. Identify a document that needs to be re-indexed by retrieving the document.
2. Select or right click on the document under the search results to bring up the Re-Index panel on the right to re-index the document.
a. Update the Document Type and/or keyword values as necessary and click Re-Index at the bottom of the panel.
