Custom Queries - Unity Client

This guide offers instructions on using Custom Queries as another form of retrieval in OnBase offering users a simplified interface for obtaining documents using pre-defined searches. To request a custom query, department leads will need to submit a ticket .

 


 

Custom Queries

 

1. From the Unity Client home menu select Custom Queries.

 

2. Use Custom Queries to access the same document types to retrieve and view a collection of documents using pre-configured search criteria(e.g. College Transcript, Graduate Records, Graduate Records Audit).

 

3. Use saved/pre-configured Custom Query to perform document search by entering search criteria.

 

Query History

 

1. From the Unity Client home menu select Query History.

 

2. From the Query History panel select a query search results to open or view.

 

3. A list of documents associated with the query search will appear, including document menu option to perform an action.
