This guide offers instructions on finding and retrieving documents in the OnBase Unity Client using the Retrieval tool.

 

Document Retrieval

 

1. Locate and click on the Retrieval function.

 

2. Select appropriate field to fill in:

a. Document Types

b. Document Groups.

a. Keyword

c. Date Range.

 

3. Search results will appear.

 

4. Right-Click on a document to view the document Menu or Options and perform an action.

a. To Open a document, Double-Click on the document (Some document types, e.g., word document, pdf, and some images etc.…, will open in their respective native application)
