Departments are now responsible to purchase their own equipment. ITS provides the model numbers that are compatible with our system. For certain items such as the Plantronics headset, we can provide a quote to you from our vendors, but you may be able to find more competitive pricing elsewhere online.
Jabber requires a speaker and microphone to talk to a caller. Many laptops and monitors have these features built in. Here are suggestions if you would like to use Jabber and require a headset for privacy.
