Action

You can view and clear the missed and recent call logs on your office phone by the instructions below.

Instructions

View missed calls or clear missed calls indicator:

1. Click on the key next to the missed calls indicator to see the "Missed calls" list:
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   
   

2. Click the "Exit" softkey to return to your phone. This clears out the missed calls indicator.

Delete the recent calls from the phone:

Note: This deletes all calls from the phone which includes both missed calls and calls that you answered or made

1. Click on the key next to the missed calls indicator to see the "Missed calls" list:
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   
   

2. Click the " . .  " softkey  to see additional options

3. Click the "Clear list" key

4. Click "Delete"
