Action

Add or change speed dial numbers (on the left side of phone screen).

Instructions

1. Log into the Self care portal with your NetID and password

2. Click on Phone Settings on the left

3. Click Speed Dial Numbers

4. Click Add New Speed Dial

5. Fill in the phone number, label, and speed dial number (for order), then click Save

Alternative method using your desk phone   

1. On your desk phone, press and hold any unused button on the left side of your desk phone screen.

2. Use your keypad to create the label of your speed dial in the top field.

3. Once the label is entered, press the down arrow on the circular controller.

4. Use the keypad to enter the number associated with the label.

5. Press the apply button and the exit button.
