How to Activate a New Desk Phone

If you already have a ticket open with ITS, please update the ticket with the MAC Address of the phone.

If you don’t have a ticket, open a new ticket here and provide the following information

  • Phone Number assigned or let us know that you need a new Phone Number

  • Name of Person assigned to the phone

  • NetID and email address

  • MAC Address of the new desk phone

    • MAC Address can be found on the back of the phone, in the bottom right hand side.
