How to Activate a New Desk Phone
If you already have a ticket open with ITS, please update the ticket with the MAC Address of the phone.
If you don’t have a ticket, open a new ticket here and provide the following information
Phone Number assigned or let us know that you need a new Phone Number
Name of Person assigned to the phone
NetID and email address
MAC Address of the new desk phone
MAC Address can be found on the back of the phone, in the bottom right hand side.
