Simplified instructions for moving your campus phone.

Instructions

1. At the old location:
   Unplug the ethernet cable connected to your phone from the data Jack on the wall.  Make sure to leave the ethernet cable connected to the phone.

2. At your new location:
   Take the ethernet cable connected to your phone and connect it to the data jack on the wall.
   
   

3. Update your Directory listing:
   Your Directory Listing is based on the HR Directory.  Please contact HR to update your Campus Building and Room location.
   

   • Please note, if only one data jack is working in the room, then your phone should connect to the data jack on the wall and the ethernet cable from your computer should connect to the back of the phone.
   • If your phone isn't working in the new location, please click here to troubleshoot the issue.
