M365 Upgrade Office App icons are missing

Issue

After upgrading to Microsoft 365, the Office apps you had pinned to your Windows Task Bar are missing.

Resolution

1. Run the application you would like to pin to your Windows Task Bar by clicking the Start button and then finding the app, such as Outlook or Word:

2. Right-click on the application icon on your Taskbar, and then click Pin to taskbar:
