Unity Client Basic Guide Articles: 

The Unity(Desktop) client is a windows only desktop application that is meant for office based users and organizations that handle and manage large quantities of documents. The Unity client offers a seamless and interactive method of imaging documents into the software. Please note that depending on your particular client configuration, you may have limited access or no access to options displayed in "Document Management" section.

Note: Unity Client requires a VPN connection when users are off-campus. VPN connection is also required for on-campus users connected through wireless connection rather than a wired/ethernet connection

Web Client Basic Guide Articles: 

The Web client is a web-based interface that provides remote access to end users. The Web client does not offer the ability for users to perform a mass scanning of documents into the system, and is ideal for the occasional user and Mac users who may only be viewing documents in the client. Please note that the extent of your access to the options in "Collaboration" and "User Interface" section may vary based on your specific client configuration.
