How to Access Your Voicemail

From Your Desk Phone

1. Press the Voicemail button

2. Enter your Voicemail PIN, press #

From a Different Desk Phone on Campus

1. Press the Voicemail button

2. Press the * button

3. Enter your ID (5 digit extension), press #

4. Enter your Voicemail PIN, press #

From an Off Campus Phone

1. Dial (518) 442-3305

2. Press the # button

3. Enter your ID (5 digit extension), press #

4. Enter your Voicemail PIN, press #

From Jabber

1. Click on the “Voicemail” tab

   1. You can view your messages from here.

2. Click on the “Call Voicemail” button

   1. If you need to make changes to your Voicemail inbox

3. Enter your Voicemail PIN, press #

From Self Care Portal

1. Login to the Self Care Portal

2. Click on the “Voicemail” tab

3. Click on “Launch Voicemail Inbox”

4. Enter your NetID and Password

5. Click on “Messaging Assistant” to make changes to your Voicemail inbox or click “Web Inbox” to view your messages
