Find groups that you manage or are a member of in Group Access Manager.

Instructions

The Group Access Manager can be accessed through the ITS web site under Quick Links or directly at https://idm.albany.edu

Finding Groups you Manage

  1. To see a list of all groups which you manage, click on Manage my SGs

  2. The next screen will display all groups you manage.

  3. If you are only interested in seeing what you manage, you can end here. If you would like more in-depth information about a group, click on the name of the group to open a new window with more detailed information.

Finding Groups you are a Member of

  1. You can view your group memberships at any time by clicking on the My SG Memberships link which is located on the left hand side navigation bar which is present on every page.




  2. The next screen will show all groups you are a member of. Note that the page will say My Security Group Memberships along the top. Click on any group name for more detailed information.
