Group Access Manager - How to Read Automatic Notifications

The Group Access Manager will automatically send a notification to the Displayed Owner of a group whenever a member has had access granted or revoked. For information on the different types of groups that can be administered with the Group Access Manager, please visit https://albany.atlassian.net/wiki/x/7ZYeAw

Example Notification:

Dear Name,

A change has been made to the following group's membership:

Mail - UAlbany Departmental Mailbox

This is the name of the group that has been modified

For information on our group naming conventions, please visit https://albany.atlassian.net/wiki/x/7ZYeAw.

The owner that has modified group membership is:

Damien Dane

This is the individual who made the change.


The change to membership is as follows:
