Streamlining the Initial Multi Step Set-up Process

1.We recommend downloading the Duo Mobile app prior to beginning the enrollment process.

  1. Use a separate device such as a laptop or PC to be able to read the Duo 2-Step instructions from that device. Keep your mobile device next to you while reading from your 'instructional' device. Follow the instructions and utilize your mobile device with your newly downloaded mobile app for the set-up.  Utilizing two devices will make scanning the QR code or receiving the Activation link step easier to complete.
