Use the Duo Device Portal to add devices, update preferences, and change settings. Log in and verify your identity with your current settings to get started.
Get temporary access to Duo by utilizing a Bypass code.Â
New Users: Users who are prompted to enter a Bypass code and are new to UAlbany. Get a Bypass code and finish your Duo Mobile activation.
Current Users: Users who are already authenticating using Duo Mobile or other method successfully. Get a Bypass code if you don't have access to your registered device, or your device may have stopped working unexpectedly, or was lost or stolen.
